San Marino Apartment type descriptionsTHE RENTAL APARTMENTS Studio ApartmentsThe Studio apartments are on all floors of the complex. most of these apartments are at the Cheers poolside end of the complex and they are all pool facing. The average size is approximately 30 metres squared These apartments are only suitable for a maximum of three people. The studio apartments all have a separate bathroom and an American style kitchen .The lounge area also doubles as the bed room with either twin beds or convertible sofa beds most of these apartments have year round afternoon sun. Our one bedroom San Marino apartment is on the ground floor overlooking the 3 swimming pools. The size is approximately 50 metres squared. The apartment has a twin bedded separate bedroom, separate bathroom, American style kitchen opening onto a large lounge and sun terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a fully equipped kitchen with hob oven, microwave and safe. The lounge includes a TV with UK channels and a Radio. The apartment is suitable for up to four people All the other one bed apartments on the complex are of similar design and size they are situated on all levels and are pool or road facing Two Bedroom San Apartment
Our two bedroom San Marino apartment is on the fifth floor and is pool facing. The complex has 3 lifts. The size is approximately 80 metres squared. The apartment has two separate bed rooms, one with twin beds the other with a double bed. There is a separate bathroom and an American style kitchen opening onto a very large lounge with a satellite TV and sun terrace. The apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped to cater for six people. There is a fold out double sofa bed in the lounge. The master bedroom also has a small terrace. All the other two bedroom apartments on the complex are similar in size and layout they are situated on all levels and are both pool or road facing |
