Los Cristianos Beaches information and photographs

The Spanish for beach is Playa. The two main beaches in Los Cristianos in southern Tenerife, are Playa de las Vistas to the right of the harbour as you look out to sea, and Playa de Los Cristianos to the left, not photographed but is a similar sized popular beach.

Playa de la Vistas beach

Playa de la Vistas beach is the largest of the 3 Los Cristianos beaches. Located from Los Cristianos harbour in the direction of Playa de las Americas.  This blue flag golden sand beach is reguarded as the best beach in Southern tenerife

Playa de los Cristianos beach

Playa de los Cristianos beach is smaller than Playa de la Vistas beach. Located within the harbour and backed by Los Cristianos old town centre.

Nudist beach

The third beach is towards and under the cliffs beyond the Arona Gran Hotel . This beach is mainly large pebbles rather than sand, and is also a nudist beach.

The views from the top of the cliffs is spectacular. A stony footpath leads up to the top, Its around 30 to 45 minute uphill walk. And another 10 minutes along the top to get to the best view points.  Stick to the main path.  Short cut side trails are very arduous.
